Presbytery of Baltimore

     STEWARDSHIP

Together Transforming:  Lives, Church and the World!  That’s the ultimate goal of The Presbytery of Baltimore and many of our churches have made the commitment to support the Missions and programs of the Presbytery.  Funding for these vital activities helps spread the word of Jesus Christ and furthers the goals of the PCUSA and all local churches.

 

The Mission Funding Committee has the following duties and responsibilities:

  • to communicate, using all appropriate methods, the mission of the Presbytery, Synod and General Assembly;
  • to interpret ministries that are supported by the Presbytery;
  • to educate and assist congregations in conducting successful stewardship drives; and,
  • to promote understanding that resources of time, talent and money are gifts from God.
