The Committee on Youth has the following duties and responsibilities:

To support and provide resources for individuals and groups involved in youth ministry
To sponsor training for youth ministry leaders
To encourage participation in local, regional, and national youth ministry programs
To provide opportunities for youth in mission, education, personal development, and spiritual growth
To manage a program for Youth Advisory Delegates (YADs) to Presbytery meetings
To implement the nomination process for YADs to Synod and General Assembly
