Itinerary

This itinerary contains a wide variety of options -- feel free to enjoy as much as you wish. You are welcome whenever you should arrive and your presence will be valued for the time you are able to share with your sisters and brothers.
10:30am			New Form of Government Overview
			HIV Testing until 1:30pm
11:00am			Prayers for the Presbytery in Win Shaw Chapel
11:15am			Registration Opens
11:45am			Box Lunch
12:30pm			Opening Prayer and Introduction of New Teaching Elder Members
12:40pm			Bible Study on Ephesians 4:1-7, 11-13
1:10pm			Gathered in Worship
2:10pm			The Work of the church
3:00pm			Conversations: Read About Ministry Groups
			Ministry Groups by I (churches by size)
3:45pm			Ministry Groups by II (churches by geography)
4:30pm			Open Space

7:30pm			Bass-Borg Lectures: Tickets are free but must be requested
			*Most of the Work of the Church will be included in a Consent Agenda which will be published on the presbytery website one week before the Gathering. You may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Additionally, requests for duplication of materials, postings on the Presbytery website must be submitted to the Presbytery office by 12noon on Friday, November 11, 2011.
