Personnel

The Personnel Committee of the Presbytery of Baltimore is responsible for working with the Presbytery’s staff to insure that the Presbytery’s vision is pursued. The committee’s work includes participation in the development of position descriptions, hiring of staff, and evaluating their ministries.  In addition, the Personnel Committee has created a Toolkit for Personnel Committees which is found in the Resources section of our website. These tools include guidelines of church personnel committees, sample policies, and tools for evaluation of staff.
