STATED MEETINGS

Stated meetings of the Presbytery of Baltimore are held in January, March, (April if deemed necessary by Council), June, September and November -- usually, on the last Thursday of the month. The chairs of all agencies and subagencies of the Presbytery have voice in the Presbytery; and, issues that arise are often proposed in the form of an overtures presented to the entire body for a vote.  The Moderator arranges worship with the assistance of the Worship Committee. The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is celebrated at least once a year at the direction of the Moderator with the assistance of Council. The Stated Clerk, the Moderator, and the Executive Presbyter will propose a docket for each meeting of the Presbytery.
