Personnel Committees foster the health and well-being of pastors, congregations, and persons who are pursuing a call and career in ordained ministry – for example, Ministry and Preparation for Ministry. The procedure for transferring ministers in and out of presbyteries is uniform throughout the denomination and is completed through actions by these committees.
